13-year-old girl was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern with a possible head injury after being hit by a truck on Memorial Park Drive this afternoon, police said. The girl apparently jumped into the street as the vehicle was passing after getting scared by a pit bull running down a driveway toward her. Her injuries were non-life threatening, and was transported by Spring Hill Ambulance to Good Sam Hospital.
